ResilienceOS provides automated digital accessibility auditing and compliance mapping tools. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended as a supplemental tool for compliance management, not as legal advice or a guarantee of complete regulatory compliance.

3. Ethical Scanning Policy

Our auditing tools are designed to be non-intrusive. By running an audit on a URL through our Service, you confirm that you have the right to scan that domain. We only analyze publicly available frontend code and do not execute destructive actions, submit forms, or bypass authentication mechanisms.

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as outlined in your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResilienceOS and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
